Key individuals own the business and share in its success.  As significant co-investors in the fund, decision making is aligned to investment returns, not fees. There are no corporate pressures to accumulate assets or proliferate product. We run a stewardship model that allows for growth and succession and have the freedom to cap the size of the fund to optimise investors’ returns.
